Booking and Payment

1. Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email.

2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

3. Full payment is required 14 days before the appointment.

Cancellation

1. It is important to note that all deposits and prepayments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, it is the client's responsibility to insure against loss of deposits or payments.

2. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Health and Safety

1. Our facial and massage treatments are not suitable for people with nut allergies.

2. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.

3. Our therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment if they deem it unsafe or unsuitable for your health and well-being.

Liability

1. Lake District Pamper Company and its therapists shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of our services.

2. We advise you to secure any valuable items and remove any obstacles from the treatment area to prevent accidents or damages.

Photography

1. By booking our services, you grant Lake District Pamper Company and its representatives the right to take photographs or videos of the treatment session for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by you in writing.

2. Lake District Pamper Company may use these images or videos on our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and other promotional platforms. If you prefer not to have your images used for these purposes, please inform us in advance.

3. If you provide us with photographs or videos of your own during or after the treatment session, you retain ownership of the content. However, by providing such content, you grant Lake District Pamper Company the right to use and display these images or videos for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to you as the owner.

4. Lake District Pamper Company respects your privacy and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information captured in the images or videos without your consent, except as required by law.
